  • What is the process for ordering something?

    1. Contact us and tell us the vision you have for your project. What items do you need? What kind of decoration services are you looking for?2. We'll provide expert recommendations for the items and services we think you'll love based on your ideas. Are you a hands-on person? We invite you to visit our show room and view some samples before committing to anything!3. Once we've determined what you want and how you want it decorated, we'll send you a quote for your order and a professional set of proofs demonstrating what your items will look like upon completion. Confirm the quote and proof, and we're off to the races!4. Time for production, where our talented team of experts will ensure your vision comes to life with utmost quality.5. When your order is complete, we'll contact you to let you know the most exciting part has arrived - order pick up! 6. Pick up your order from the shop (or we can ship it to you) and enjoy the fruits of your labour! Time to represent your brand in style. 

  • Should I get embroidery or screen printing?

    It is up to you! We generally recommend embroidery for small designs (i.e. left chest on jackets, caps) as it looks richer and is better quality. However, embroidery can be kind of ‘heavy’ for certain garments, so we typically print tee shirts and other really light fabrics. Additionally, very large designs (i.e. a full back design) are better suited for printing over embroidery.

  • Do you have a minimum order quantity?

    There is no order minimum for most of our decoration methods, but these are the few instances where a minimum is in place:● Screen printing requires a minimum of 12 items per artwork. ● Fully sublimated garments will always have an order minimum, however the quantity depends on the item selected. Contact us to discuss the specifics. 

  • Is there a set up fee to embroider something?

    Only on new orders, if it is the first time we are embroidering your logo/design. This is a one-time fee, and the price depends on the size and complexity of the design. The fee covers the process of digitization, which is the programming of the stitching of your design into our embroidery system. 

  • Do I have to provide my own files of my logo? what file types do you need?

    We have a very experience graphic design team who can create a custom logo for you, or convert your logo into whichever format we require. Ideally we prefer vector files (.AI, .PDF, .EPS), but we can quickly and easily convert other types of files (i.e. PDF, JPEG, EPS, PNG, etc.) if required. 

  • Can you provide fully sublimated team jerseys?

    Yes, but it is not a process we do in house. We have a number of expert suppliers from whom we work with to bring in fully sublimated jerseys for all kinds of sports teams and organizations. Ordering sublimated jerseys through us guarantees competitive pricing and ease in the process. Please allow up to 5 weeks turnaround for fully sublimated jerseys.

  • How do you determine pricing?

    It depends on what you are getting, the quantity, and the required decoration. There are no standard fees as every customer is different, everyone needs different apparel and different decoration techniques. Please contact us for a quote. 

  • What are your business hours?

    We are open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm and closed on statutory holidays.  If you need to arrange to meet with us outside of regular business hours, please give us a call and we do our best to plan for a time that works best for you.
